The Healing Hands Behind LFB

With roots in traditional Chinese medicine and a background as a Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Skin Acupuncturist, Alex brings a deeply holistic approach to skincare.

Her journey began in the 1990s, while nursing she personally battled a severe, full-body eczema condition leading her to take leave to heal. This painful experience ignited a search for healing that led her to the natural world—and ultimately, to traditional Chinese remedies. It was through this personal transformation that she discovered the powerful connection between skin health, the gut, and emotional wellbeing.

Alex’s perspective was further shaped by working with Dr. Gillian McKeith on the renowned TV series You Are What You Eat, where she gained early insights into the link between digestive health and glowing skin—long before gut health became mainstream.

In 2019, Alex received a vivid spiritual vision: a divine being placed a gift into her hand. That moment sparked a year of deep research into the berry’s potent anti-aging properties, culminating in the creation of Liquide Femme Beauty.
